Light Up A Life
The Light Up A Life holiday appeal supports St. Anthony’s Hospice Charity Care Fund. We improve the quality of our patients’ last days by ensuring comfort and dignity. Some individuals who come to the de Greeff Hospice House or are treated in their homes can pay for part of their care, but many simply are unable to do so. For calendar year 2010, approximately $685,000 in charity care was provided to St. Anthony Hospice patients.
In honor of your Light Up A Life gift of any size, a paper dove, inscribed with the name of someone you wish to honor, is hung on one of three Christmas Trees at St. Anthony’s Medical Center and the de Greeff Hospice House. Donors of $50 or more are also treated to an additional gift of holiday CD’s or hospice note cards.
