The St. Anthony’s Charitable Foundation debuts “Grateful Patient, Family and Friends Program”

St. Anthony’s Charitable Foundation has launched the Grateful Patient, Family and Friends Program (GPFFP), which provides patient and their families an opportunity to recognize and express appreciation for the health care received at St. Anthony’s Medical Center.

The GPFFP provides an opportunity to say “thank you” in a special way to the doctors, nurses or any staff member who made a difference in the delivery of health acre services in meaningful ways. Our patients, families and friends often want to express their gratitude for the excellent care they receive or the compassion and care shown to others.

Recently, the Foundation received its first donation of $200 from a grateful patient and recently recognized 5 East as the named honoree. Staffers were presented a big cookie with “Congratulations on your Grateful Patient” written on top.

“We were so excited to receive such a generous gift as out ‘first’ from the program,” said Jeff Randall, executive director of the St. Anthony’s Charitable Foundation.

Randall welcomes the opportunity to discuss with interested staff the ways in which they can help direct grateful patients, family and friends who are interested in the program. Managers interested in having Randall speak to their staff should contact Alicia Cummiskey at ext. 7330. Grateful patients, family and friends should contact the Charitable Foundation office at 314-525-7330.
