Candlelight Memorial Walk

Thank you to all hospice friends and family for participating in our first ever Candlelight Memorial Walk and Act Of Kindness Book Blessing on October 21st.  Please plan to join us again in September 2012 for the 2nd Annual Hospice Memorial Walk.  The date and details will be announced this Spring!
